Nursing Management Book 3rd Edition: Great! -
The class I am in is using the 4th edition of this book (this is the 3rd)and sell it at the campus bookstore for $48. I found the 3rd edition on Amazon for $0.17. No noticable difference between the two, except the price!

Lots of good sources for legal/ethical and cultural diversity for paper writing too!
