Having read several of Hal Huggins books it strikes me how reader friendly they are. He has a deep understanding of people who are struggling with health problems. Reading and believing what Dr. Huggins wrote in this book led me to recover from 50 years of manifestations of ill health. The journey was not quick, easy or cheap but this book was part of it.

I can't say enough about what this book has done for me. In a thought, it convinced me and my business partner to have our silver (mercury-based) fillings removed and this changed the quality of both of our lives immediately and more dramatically than I could have imagined. This is the book to read! After breaking a tooth munching on a SOFT roll, I started actually tasting the amalgam filling underneath since now the front face of the tooth was gone. What a disgusting taste! Try eating a metal bar for dessert. After reading this book and visiting a holistic dentist, my initial decision to have all the mercury pulled out of my mouth is now more than ever a great choice.
Dr. Huggins puts it out there in PLAIN language and doesn't pull punches. He also admits when he doesn't know, something that is not as common as it should be today. I tried one of his diagnostic techniques on myself using a simple multimeter that reads voltage and amperage. I was SHOCKED to find that I am a walking "D" cell! Not only that, but the one filling that is now exposed due to the broken tooth has the highest reading of all! I could probably recharge some real batteries with all the electricity I am generating. Okay, maybe not THAT bad, but would you have really considered that your mouth is producing disruptive and possibly debilitating electric currents? Didn't even occur to me and I have many years of electronics experience. Adds new meaning to the term "cyborg"! :-)
Get this book and follow his recommendations. At the very minimum, you can get tested and find you are just fine the way you are. That alone is worth the peace of mind.

Dr. Huggins takes us on a eye opening tour of mercury toxicity at its worst and how are lives can be changed if we are willing to heed his advice.
After competing in a marathon I noticed that I had absolutely no desire to exercise. Having been an athlete all my life this was a little scary. After being diagnosed with high mercury levels from my doctor, I have been researching the devastating effects of mercury poisoning.
