Doing your own semen analysis is not hard. The hard part is getting the equipment together. Kokopelli Technologies Home Semen Analysis Kit includes everything you need to get professional results at home.

The Model 10 microscope is calibrated! You will be able to translate the number of sperm you count in the microscope field of view into sperm per milliliter using a conversion factor supplied in the instructions. Its that easy!

Male fertility is more than just the number of sperm. To do their job the sperm must be healthy and swimming. You will determine the key factors of fertility:
Sperm Count,
Sperm Motility,
Sperm Morphology,
Semen Volume.
The kit includes a bottle of Sperm Sized Spheres. These spheres are the same size as a sperm head. You should not be concerned about not seeing sperm unless you can see these spheres. If the microscope is not focused correctly you may not see the sperm and mistakenly think you are sterile. Each bottle contains 20 million spheres per mL, the fertility cut off level.
