A little large and very stiff -
I bought this to work out my "clutch hand" for my motorcycle. It is a bit big (it is OK for my hand but smaller hands may have an issue with this) and it is VERY stiff. Unless you already have reasonably strong hands, I would not recommend this product. If you have average to large size hands with decent strength, I think this would work fine for you.

My husband could reach his fingers easily around this and close it, I could not. So I took two hands and closed it enough so that my one hand could grasp it, and then flexed it. After only a few flexes, my hand began to really hurt. Long story short, I developed trigger thumb from this, and had to have an injection in my thumb. My grip is worse, and I am having trouble even opening a bottle of water or turning the key in the ignition of our car. My husband's thumb is also hurting, but he hasn't had to have an injection. Our "Hand Grip Strengthener" ended up in the trash. I would be afraid to even GIVE this item to anyone. USE THIS ITEM WITH CAUTION!
