The Swift LT is the only nasal pillow mask on the market that features a patented rotating barrel that can be adjusted to accommodate various nasal angles for a secure and stable fit. The Swift LT's soft headgear is strong and flexible to provide a secure fit that eliminates the need for forehead support and reduces strap marks and pinch points.

Great Service, Great Manufacturer, So-So Product -
Unless you sleep on your back and never roll over onto your side or stomach, do not consider this device. I was feeling slightly claustrophobic with my other mask and figured this small nasal device would work for me, but instead I got sores on my nose from rolling over on it, and bouts with mild apnea since once it shifted on my face - it leaked. I've learned to love the other more conventional mask I currently used despite it's larger size. However, service was fast and the system is "light" so if you never leave your back, it could be a great choice for you?! Just not for me.

Excellent product - easy to fit first time user. Quiet, comfortable, adjustable - as a first time user I found the headgear easy to use. My CPAP equipment is an M class machine w/ cflex and auto adjust. As the pressure increased the headgear maintained a comfortable fit with no air leaks. I would like to purchase a swivel that connects the headgear to the tubing and would recommend it to anyone considering this headgear.
