Wrap Wreview -
An ideal product! Very convenient and easy to use after a workout. I have meniscus damage and arthritis in my knee but don't want up give up sports. The Cold One Wrap provides both the compression and coldness needed to keep the swelling down. It keeps its temperature for just enough time and stays tight. I doesn't take up much room in the freezer either. A very good value.

Fast relief -
We received this item quickly after purchasing and it provided just as fast relief. Both my husband and myself have used it for knee problems and the occasional pain from "over doing". We had found that just cold or just compression was not enough. This product provides both.
